Our Mission
Founded by two immigrants in 2024 and located in Charleston (South Carolina), Latinos Unidos is dedicated to connecting uninsured immigrants with non-profit healthcare programs, helping them access affordable coverage that otherwise seems out of reach.
Partnering with local immigrant communities and non-profits to ensure that those most in need of support receive it.
Our mission is to serve as a latino/hispanic aid organization and empower latino immigrants to take full advantage of every opportunity available to them, so they can pursue their goals and dreams without the burden of healthcare barriers holding them back.

A first generation immigrant from Brazil. Mateus works with assisting low-income Latino immigrants. With Latinos Unidos SC, he connects Latino immigrants with many services such as healthcare and legal services.

A second generation immigrant from Ragusa, Sicily. Francesco works in healthcare on publications spanning from improving access to healthcare through development of alternatives to CT scans to work with innovative approaches to cancer treatment.
